At Field House, we’re more than just a sports bar; we’re a gathering place built on a love for great food, good company, and community spirit. It all started with co-owners Louis C. Brosi III and Jenn Willis, who shared a vision of creating a space where neighbors could connect over a shared love of sports. Louis, a sharp business leader, and Jenn, a warm and welcoming host, have cultivated a space that truly feels like home.
Since opening our doors in 2015, Field House has become a hub for all kinds of celebrations—from little league victories and high school championship dinners to families catching a big game on the screen. It’s a place where everyone is part of the team, and where every visit is a memorable experience.
Our Team
Ben Willis
Head Chef
Ben knows what makes a great sports bar tick because he’s worked nearly every position in the house. Starting as a busser, then moving moving on to a bar-back at Field House, he spent years learning what customers really want: good vibes, great service, and food that goes way beyond the usual bar fare.
That front-of-house experience gave Ben a unique edge when he finally stepped into the kitchen. What started as a curiosity quickly became a calling. With a natural talent for bold flavors and a commitment to quality, Ben worked his way up to head chef, bringing fresh energy and serious skill to the Field House menu.
Today Ben’s cooking reflects the heart of a true sports bar; approachable, satisfying, and packed with flavor. From elevated takes on game-day classics to creative comfort food that pairs perfectly with a cold beer, his dishes keep regulars coming back and new guests coming hungry.
At Field House, Ben isn’t just cooking he’s fueling the crowd!

Jenn Willis
Co-Owner & Operator
Jenn Willis has proudly owned and operated Field House since it first opened in 2015. Originally from Southeast New Mexico, she moved to Fresno in 2004 and has called the Central Valley home ever since. A Fresno State grad (Go Dogs!) with a degree in Human Resources, Jenn has always had a heart for people—something that shines through in the warm, welcoming vibe of Field House.
Family has always been at the heart of Jenn’s life. As a mom to four grown kids, two daughters and two sons, she knows how important it is to be surrounded by great people. That’s exactly what she’s found at Field House. Between the amazing staff and the loyal customers alike-they all just feel like family!
That feeling has only grown now that her son Ben has stepped into the kitchen as the restaurant’s chef. Watching him grow into his role and bring his passion to the menu has been a proud moment and makes Field House even more special.
For Jenn, Field House is more than just a restaurant. It’s a community space where everyone should feel right at home, and she’s incredibly grateful to share it with such a fantastic team and supportive neighborhood. She can’t wait to see you and welcome you in!
